2 General Use of the Website

Access Data

On the Internet, information about you is automatically collected technically when you use this website. • the processing is based on consent in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a GDPR or Article 9 paragraph 2 letter a GDPR or on a contract in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b GDPR and
• the processing is carried out by automated means. In exercising your right to data portability in accordance with paragraph 1, you have the right to have the personal data transmitted directly from me to another controller, where technically feasible.

I am committed to the security of your data within the framework of applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities to the maximum extent. Your personal data is transmitted to me in encrypted form. This applies to your orders and also to customer login. I use the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption system, but point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible. To secure your data, I maintain technical and organizational security measures, which I continually adapt to the state of the art. I also do not guarantee that my offer will be available at certain times; disruptions, interruptions, or failures cannot be excluded. The server I use is regularly backed up carefully.
